Another kid outruns Riptide around the bases. Sheesh, you’d think this guy would train for this.

One of the things I really like about Harbor Park is all the machinery: the cranes, the tugboats, the railroad. Baseball reflects America, and America is mechanical. Just ask Marcel Duchamp.

That’s Mr. Doodles to you, padner. I will say this for Riptide, he spends a lot of energy and time with the kids. You don’t have to go looking for him. No Bad Santa here.

They got there late, but it was a good opening night at Harbor Park
